Three-Stage Standardized Process

Our recycling process consists of three standardized stages — collection, sorting, and processing — each with rigorous quality controls.

Collection

Stage 1: Collection

Quality at the collection end is the starting point of recycled-material consistency.

Bottle bricks are collected from designated sources with full origin documentation. We track every batch from collection point to finished product.

The more stable the quality at the collection stage, the more consistent the downstream washing and sorting — it is the most critical step in the whole process.

Stage 2: Sorting

Sorting precision determines the purity and consistency of the finished product.

Stage 3: Processing

Layered processing ensures stable output from the recycling process.

PET goes through hot wash and ultrasonic cleaning. PP/PE/PS go through dry crushing and air separation. Each material gets a process tailored to its end-use requirements.

High-purity washing
