Core Technology
NIR Spectroscopy Sorting

Shyechih adopted NIR spectroscopy in 2011, becoming the first recycler in Taiwan to do so. NIR identifies plastic composition via near-infrared, independent of surface color.
AI Vision Detection

AI solves what NIR can't — the 'detail differences.'
NIR only identifies material; AI handles non-standard recyclables — appearance, contamination, brand, color, cleanliness, regulatory compliance.

Multi-Stage Washing System

Beyond standard 'crush → wash → dry,' we add spectroscopy bottle selection, float wash, hot wash, water wash, and ultrasonic cleaning.

Wastewater Recycling System

70% of process water reused. Reduces fresh water consumption and discharge.
Bottle Inspection & Quality Control

Every batch tested for IV, MFI, color uniformity, and contamination before shipment.
Inspection items include:
- Transparency (L, La, Lb values)
- Flake diameter size and uniformity (apparent density)
- Foreign matter / contamination content (ppm)
- Odor and surface cleanliness
- Basic physical properties (viscosity, melting point, moisture, particle size, etc.)
